1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is an official offer (public offer) of Sorokin Ivan Antonovich (hereinafter "Contractor") to an individual or legal entity (hereinafter "Customer").

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding the Agreement on the terms set forth in the offer.

1.3. The moment of full acceptance is the fact of confirming readiness to pay for the service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject is paid provision of consulting services and information product development services.

3. Payment

3.1. The cost of services is determined according to current prices on the website.
